From julienne, to chop, to chiffonade, join us for 3 hours of cutlery delights where you will learn to master perfect cuts, how to choose the correct knife for the right task, and how to correctly hold, clean and maintain your knives. You will learn how to combine your new skills to cut up a tasting menu along the way. As an added bonus, we will have a mobile knife sharpening service on premises so that guests can bring their knives to be sharpened onsite during the class, for a modest fee.
